      Aflac encourages personal and professional growth of its employees, which is why it isn't uncommon to see individuals being promoted regularly throughout the company. The resources made available to you are endless, allowing you to pursue any opportunity you desire. The atmosphere is upbeat and the culture is inviting, this company is truly family oriented and a great place to work.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
