      What an awesome way in being able to change career paths, thanks to glass glassdoor alerts, support and professionalism. Thank you! Great company, great people, supporting staff!

      Cons

      New rules, regulations, procedures etc. change pretty much every minute, literally so check out everything before you help any or all clients.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
