      Pros

      I was able to help others through the Insurance Certification process. Recruiting for potential agents was enjoyable, working job fairs and talking on the phone.

      Cons

      The pay was horrible. The position is demanding and you woke a lot more than you get paid for.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
