      Pros

      You make your own schedule. You give yourself a raise by working more hours. Work is never "mandatory"

      Cons

      If you don't have a lot of connections to local business owners, you're going to have to do a lot of workplace marketing.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
