      Pros

      This os a great company. They have a wonderful profit sharing plan and really seem to care about their employees.

      Cons

      Although they claim to never have layoffs they kind of backdoor it. Like drug screening in the lowet paid lower skilled areas or through departmental consolidation.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
