      Pros

      Very good environment in which working, a lot of stimulation and self-growing. I had a really positive experience there in Summer. You can grow in your career very soon if you work a lot.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons for an internship, it is an average kind of work, you do not need specialization, it is all about yourself and how you speak with people

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
