Pros
Steady income, good benefits, on site gym (small), desirable products and business is growing on group side, brand recognition, some managers are awesome
Cons
Redundancy, many inefficiencies, outdated computer programs, long term planning (when Aflac bought CAIC for group, there was no plan in place and 7-8 years later, we still struggle at times because group is different than Aflac Individual).
