      Pros

      Getting out and meeting new people. A lot of out of office work.

      Cons

      Very taxing on your vehicle. Have to be able to hear "No" a lot and maintain confidence. Must be able to make commission to survive.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
