      Pros

      Excellent benefits: Primary healthcare, dental, and vision. Retirement savings account, e.g. 401K with a 6% company match. The managers are easy to talk to. The employees are friendly.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to get promoted. Back-to-back incoming calls. Quota is 10 calls per hour.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
