      -Nice people -Very motivational -Make your own schedule -Good compensation for meeting contest goals

      -You need to be self motivated when you get down, which can be hard -Not always provided great training -You may not possess the skills required to do well, but you won't know until you try

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
