      Incredible opportunity to earn six figures...once you invest 3 + years. It takes time to build your book of business. The culture at every office is laid back, fun, and most of the successful managers and consultants will help you become successful along the way.

      No base pay and no health insurance.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
