      Pros

      You get to work a lot of ambitious people. Through the 32 online training, you do learn a lot about insurance.

      Cons

      No guidance. No training. Lack of communication from upward management. All commission based. No base pay.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
