      Pros

      Great training. Always someone you can reach out to for support. I had no formal sales background, but the training helped me over come my lack of experience.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover. People get hired and then are gone the next week. Create a team atmosphere.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
