Pros
Aflac is a great company to work with. Your earning potential is only limited by how hard you want to work. I enjoy helping people and it is such a good feeling when you help someone file a claim and the money that Aflac pays them helps to save their home, feed their family, and pay their bills while they are not able to work.
Cons
Sometimes the sales cycle comes in peaks and valleys. It is important to plan your day, week, month, and work your plan to minimize those peaks and valleys.
