      Pros

      Aflac absolutely takes care of their employees and goes out of its way to make sure you know you are important to the company.

      Cons

      Inadequate and unskilled managers seem to be getting into the company much more frequently. They are making drastic changes to the company's actions that take care of the employees, and most of the executives are not aware of these changes and behavioral problems.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
