      Pros

      Good starting salary, benefits, incentives. Very clean, safe, secure work buildings. A degree of upward mobility for some.

      Cons

      Prioritization of quantity of work over quality of work. Absolute lack of transparency regarding pay (we "were not allowed" to discuss wages amongst ourselves). Lack of consistency among different teams and supervisors.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
