      Pros

      Marketing is never boring. The company encourages community service and continuing education in most departments.

      Cons

      They make promises about career advancement that they don't keep. Lots of reorganization and management changes. Promotion of unqualified, inexperienced people with lots of initials after their names, but no substance. Lots of distrust.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
