      Great opportunities to serve Great customers. Great CEO and executive leadership team. Excellent employee engagement. Inclusive organization. Great pay. They truly care about the employees.

      Cons

      Mid-level managers need to be coached on how to lead with empathy and motivation. Non-managerial employees need more opportunities for career growth.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
