      Good commission structure - if you can sell

      Considerable lack of training and support - I made $0.00 the whole year I worked for them. If you are experienced and don't need an immediate income, they are okay to work for, but if you are looking to support a family, go elsewhere.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
