      Pros

      Good insurance plans, Aflac pays for its employees to have its Aflac policies free, nice perks such as health center and fitness center, flexible work from home and hybrid options.

      Cons

      Never willing to increase staffing to keep up with company growth - results in current employees being worked to the bone, burnout and attrition are very high. Staffing issues are detrimental to quality of work, turnaround times, and customer experience.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
