Pros

You have to do training for the call center which is fun. Depends on the instructor. Laid back hours during training. Good way to make friends before youre on the floor

Cons

Training takes about 3 months if youre going to call center. Tons of info, while learning a new system that nobody likes

Pros

Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

Cons

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
