      Pros

      The products and claims process are both good.

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch. Its a good ole boys network and if you speak up for yourself you will get pushed out. Very sexist environment where women are treated like tokens who do make it to high levels. Regardless of performance you can easily lose your job for disagreeing on any issue. If you report concerns to HR they go ignored.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
