      Pros

      Good training, flexible hours, and nice co-workers.

      Cons

      It is slow to get going. I started a few weeks ago and have made nothing yet. Its all 1099-- paid by commission only, and there is pressure to work more than 40 hours a week.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
