      Pros

      The only obvious one is this role is 100% remote.

      Cons

      The pay is not good. Inconsistent and unreliable IT infrastructure. They bragged about it on my first day. RED FLAG No clear standard operating procedures are established so you will have to rely on limited resources to effectively manage claims under Federal, State, and company rules. Nepotism.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
