      The benefits are good and affordable as well.

      Cons

      Sales Leadership positions are at the mercy of the market director and where and how he/she/they want to achieve quota; which directly affects the support to your role and thus your compensation. There is no way to counter this, no matter how you communicate the misdeeds or to whom the challenges/issues are reported.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
