      The benefits you're selling are great

      Cons

      They treat you like a W2 employee although you're a 1099. They say you can work what ever hours you want but they expect a lot and a lot of pressure. So if you're looking for a side job, this isn't it

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
