      The good thing is you are able to get bonuses twice a year!

      Cons

      Management doesn't really care - you are just a number to them HR is horrible Micromanaged to a T Entirely too strict Systems are old school and outdated

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
