      Opportunities for movement and job shadowing Diverse workplace People focused Very community service oriented

      Cons

      Too people focused to the point that there's no accountability or consequences for poor performance Not a lot of intercommunication between departments which causes rocky transitions if things change Electronic systems are cumbersome and difficult to use and cause more problems than they solve

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
