Business Outlook
Pros
They give you an opportunity to be successful in an important part of their business early on. With that comes a lot of trust and responsibility, but I believe I grew a lot over the summer with the challenges I had to face.
Cons
Not many cons that I can think of, always had a lot of fun, and got to dry different aspects of things. As a software engineer I wasn’t expected to go to the plant at all, but there were a few days we would go and work on some common operations to understand the process. None of this is a con to me!
