Poorly run company with incompetent Executive Management - Anonymous employee AgJunction Employee Review

Since the beginning of the year, AgJunction has undergone major changes in executive and senior management and announced a new strategy that has led to better than expected results even with the pandemic. Work-from-home was implemented in March ahead of the governor’s recommendations and has been extended through year-end as employees continue to contend with childcare and back-to-school concerns in their respective areas. Senior management has put a lot of time into improving employee engagement and company culture as well as building trust among the team as we transition through the changes.
