      Pros

      Agape is a company that cares about their employees. I have never felt more comfortable and confident in a role than I do now. The support is unmatched. Agape is extremely organized and just a great company to work for. Agape continually encourages growth, Both personally and professionally.

      Pros

      The field staff love hospice and care so much about the work they do every day. But they have no clinical or leadership support.

      Cons

      Inexperienced clinical leadership and director of operations. Favoritism. Unequal caseloads. Retaliation when productivity not met. Retaliation by leadership when needing to call out sick. High caseload. Poor work life balance. Senior/corporate leadership do not take field staff concerns seriously. HR does not take field staff concerns seriously. Director is not knowledgeable in hospice care and there are frequent service failures. AVP / CEO / HR did not act expeditiously to several complaints regarding branch leadership. Branch needs a clean out and a lot of TLC.
