      Pros

      It WAS a lovely and friendly environment that offered work-life balance in the beginning. However, since the buyout things have changed. There is no one there any longer that has the best interest in. The field staff.

      Cons

      Not fairly compensated. HR reviews will get you terminated Can not report any false documentation or any complaints with out consequences Most employees are in the hospice field for the wrong reason. Expectations on clinicians are not realistic.

      Pros

      The field staff love hospice and care so much about the work they do every day. But they have no clinical or leadership support.

      Cons

      Inexperienced clinical leadership and director of operations. Favoritism. Unequal caseloads. Retaliation when productivity not met. Retaliation by leadership when needing to call out sick. High caseload. Poor work life balance. Senior/corporate leadership do not take field staff concerns seriously. HR does not take field staff concerns seriously. Director is not knowledgeable in hospice care and there are frequent service failures. AVP / CEO / HR did not act expeditiously to several complaints regarding branch leadership. Branch needs a clean out and a lot of TLC.
