Loved the setting, great IT support.
Cons
Not flexible for someone with children. Cliques run like it's high-school. If you're not willing to sell your soul to them they will treat you like garbage.

The field staff love hospice and care so much about the work they do every day. But they have no clinical or leadership support.
Cons
Inexperienced clinical leadership and director of operations. Favoritism. Unequal caseloads. Retaliation when productivity not met. Retaliation by leadership when needing to call out sick. High caseload. Poor work life balance. Senior/corporate leadership do not take field staff concerns seriously. HR does not take field staff concerns seriously. Director is not knowledgeable in hospice care and there are frequent service failures. AVP / CEO / HR did not act expeditiously to several complaints regarding branch leadership. Branch needs a clean out and a lot of TLC.
