Good base pay of $17/hr + $2.00 shift differential when working. Good benefits.

Hard work, and grave yard shift

people are nice, new office building, solid 403b plan but they don't match until you're there for a year.

PTO is a major issue. It's low and it is very hard to accrue time. They give you a week of PTO when you start but you dont get that every year. Nearly all of the newer employees are struggling to deal with lack of time off. The older employees have so much built up they don't even see the issue. We've lost several employees with PTO being one of the reasons. They also dont do most federal holidays. They claim its bc the bus drivers have to work all the time so office workers should as well. But they're unionized, its not the same. This place has become a revolving door of employees under 2 or 3 years and a cadre of employees there for 15+ eventually theyre going to run out of talent.
