Pros
Adequate parking. Free coffee. Very friendly in the beginning. Company seems to be growing, as long as their one product that constitutes almost all of their income continues to be competitive.
Cons
Behind the times in management style and techniques. Waterfall instead of Agile. "My way or the highway" instead of caring. You'll be forced to do things a certain way by people who obviously don't know your job better than you do, and it is very frustrating. Nights and weekends commitment required.
