Goals get checked in on regularly, people ask questions openly, and there's no data siloing — you have what you need to make quick decisions without waiting on someone else. The pace is FAST. Genuinely motivating for the people here, though it's not for everyone. If you like being pushed and want to learn fast, it's a huge advantage. You'll grow quickly. The team is tight-knit and in-person, which means real access to leadership and to people across the company, not just your immediate function. There's a genuine, company-wide commitment to getting better all the time.

The pace that makes this place great isn't for everyone. If you want a 9-to-5 with a lot of structure and predictability, you'll feel the intensity here and it will be overwhelming.
