The pace is extremely fast and the bar is high. If you prefer more structure or slower decision-making, this may not be the right environment.

People here work incredibly hard, and it's the smartest, most ambitious group I've been part of. There's real conviction — in the problem (this is the right one to solve), and in the team (this is the right group to solve it). The company is extremely transparent. Goals get checked in on regularly, people ask questions openly, and there's no data siloing — you have what you need to make quick decisions without waiting on someone else. The pace is FAST. Genuinely motivating for the people here, though it's not for everyone. If you like being pushed and want to learn fast, it's a huge advantage. You'll grow quickly. Have heard people say things like "I've grown more in my 6 months here than in my entire 15-year career." You get extreme ownership and autonomy here. Responsibility comes early and it's real. The team is tight-knit and in-person, which means real access to leadership and to people across the company, not just your immediate function. Tools and resources are AI-native (and improving every day)- 2023 me is constantly surprised & delighted at what's possible here. There's a genuine, company-wide commitment to getting better all the time.

The pace that makes this place great isn't for everyone. If you want a 9-to-5 with a lot of structure and predictability, you'll feel the intensity here and it will be overwhelming.
