Genuinely great team and culture - people are collaborative, smart, driven, and easy to work with. Execs are approachable and really hands-on with the team, and there's a clear, compelling vision for where the company is headed. Transparency here is real, not just a buzzword - through daily team standups and bi-weekly all-hands, you truly always know what's going on across the company. It's the kind of place where you can tell everyone actually believes in what we're building. The interview process itself was smooth and well-organized, and everyone I met along the way was warm and welcoming - it made a great first impression and set the tone for what it's actually like to work here. Onboarding felt the same way: people were generous with their time and made it easy to get up to speed.

Growing pains are real - as a fast-scaling Series B, a lot of processes are still undefined until they're actually needed, which can occasionally hold things up or mean things shift quickly. Comes with the territory of hypergrowth, but worth naming.

Genuinely motivating for the people here, though it's not for everyone. If you like being pushed and want to learn fast, it's a huge advantage. You'll grow quickly. The team is tight-knit and in-person, which means real access to leadership and to people across the company, not just your immediate function. Tools and resources are AI-native (and improving every day)- 2023 me is constantly surprised & delighted at what's possible here. There's a genuine, company-wide commitment to getting better all the time.

The pace that makes this place great isn't for everyone. If you want a 9-to-5 with a lot of structure and predictability, you'll feel the intensity here and it will be overwhelming.
