We are experiencing a high volume of change and it’s our view that feedback and effective two way communication with employees of all levels as a critical success factor in managing this change. There are always opportunities for improvement and most organizations, Agero is no different, would agree effectiveness of communication is a constant, evolving capability so we’re focused on getting better each and every time.
As a result, there are a number open, ongoing channels where employees have an opportunity to share this feedback 1:1 or as part of a larger group. Whether it’s one of our many town halls, skip levels with leaders, 1:1’s with your manager or engaging directly with our HR team – all are in place to keep this feedback pipeline healthy, full, easy to engage and most importantly inclusive all of.
