Current staff kept telling me training is nothing but a joke. Which was true I felt like I learned barely anything about my job while I was in 5 weeks of training. You have to put in bids based off your scorecard to be able to change shifts which is every 6 months if you even qualify, there is ZERO flexibility if something comes up. There is no home/work life balance. They just decided they're taking holiday pay away and they keep shutting down sites. They sold their site and Florida and are getting rid of the other in Canada as of 2020. Honestly it sounds like this business is about to tank. Not to forget the staff kept warning us of bed bugs being in the building. Being a case manager you deal with escalated calls and you do get more thank yous for helping the customer's, but then you also get cussed out by service providers, customer's, and you have managers breathing down your neck to make your quota and you have service providers who don't even show up for your customers. Honestly the job is extremely stressful and they don't care if you're sick or in the hospital or have to leave for an emergency. They will point the living hell out of you. Even if you have an actual doctor's note. Also you get a 28 minute lunch and 13 minute break so you get right back to your computer and be clocked in on the phone on time.
