6yHaving been here for less than a year, I can understand how the future/promotions can seem daunting. A couple suggestions for you - speak with your manager ASAP. We are now entering the goal setting and performance management part of the year which presents an incredible opportunity for you to come to the table prepared with your self assessment and to open a dialogue with your manager around where you would like to be role wise and in this discussion, identify what needs to happen to get there.
