Pros
Fun, not boring, lots of opportunities, bonuses, the people, never gets monotonous, overtime available, best computer program I have worked on in a call center..this is hands down my most favorite job I have ever had. The negatives on this site baffle me. There are no cliques, YOU CONTROL EVERYTHING. You can choose to excel, make more money, and you WILL BE NOTICED, REWARDED, AND PROMOTED QUICKLY! Its the only job where EVERYONE I meet is wonderful. People are happy here and it shows. There is virtually zero dress code, I think no bathing suits basically. You can be WHO YOU ARE or how you identify yourself as and no one judges you. There are so many great things they offer INCLUDING being able to leave if you are not feeling good without it going against you BUT you have to know how to do it right. I will say the best thing you can do for YOURSELF is be an adult realize you have a job and you need to have good attendance. Most people who quit are in my opinion either lazy or too young to grasp how much they are only making it hurting themselves by not showing up and being on time. You will get rewarded in the long run if you grasp that EVERY JOB expects this and its so fun ANYWAY so show up! I work a 10hr shift and everyday it feels like maybe 5hrs. No one asked me to do this...I'm proud of the company I work for and would recommend this to anyone!
Cons
The terrible ratings and feedback on here needs to be updated by people that love it. I don't trust anyone that says negative stuff about it. Starting pay could be more BUT the bonuses and overtime make up for it!
