Thank you for the feedback - thrilled to hear you are enjoying the environment and the food! Contact Center's are challenging but rewarding roles - our local leadership team works hard to ensure associates are supported in their day to day but most importantly, feel valued and its all the little things that matter. Sounds like its coming through loud and clear for you. As for career pathing, you are right -there are limited options outside of the phones in our site. That being said, the career paths within contact center roles are significant - whether you are interested in other products, becoming a supervisor there is no shortage of opportunity and additional compensation.
