The interview process was the most advanced I've ever seen. They sent me a highly produced PDF with advice and guidance on what to expect, what to wear, and the best ways to prepare for my Agero-specific interview. My interview was in between Christmas and New Years, a notoriously difficult time of year to get more than a couple of people together for any purpose, but the entire interview team seemed to bend over backwards to make sure I was able to meet key people in their Medford office, and then their SF office (over video conference).
Work/life balance is a big thing here, and they've been very generous and understanding regarding family obligations. These things are not concerns here.
The new building is fantastic and it has great views of the Malden River.
I've only been here a month, but I've got nothing but good things to say about the company, the work, my boss, my peers, etc.
Cons
None, really. If I had to come up with one right now, it's that cell access is spotty in the immediate area and in the building.
