      Pros

      Very flexible with schedule, supportive, attentive, thoughtful. Considering the company I was working for, this company is amazing

      Cons

      As of right now the only one I have is that it takes a little bit of time to get access to certain programs but other than that like I said so far its good.

      I understand it can be enormously frustrating to start and not have all the tools and systems you need to start which is why the onboarding experience is a continuing point of focus for us - always need to be getting better. We've automated a large number of processes to ensure the right information is delivered at the right time but are still working to get systems access right. Thanks for the feedback!

      Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

      Cons

      Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
