Working from home has presented a wide array of new challenges to us and our agents. Pre Covid, if you needed help you could look to your left, look to your right or put up your hand and a dozen people would be ready to help in your time of need (yes, it's that type of culture!). Today, that helpline is chat which we're continually working to refine, add resources and generally improve to ensure agents new and experiences can get timely help. It's not perfect but it's improving with the help of feedback such as this so thank you for taking the time to respond!
