      Great benefits. Working from home. Floating holidays and vacation time

      Cons

      It is all about making their numbers. The faster you get the information right or wrong the happier they are. Starting, I for felt like I was doing great and that they cared. Next clsss came in and I did not matter. You will do great if you do not care about the person on the phone. Just move thru the screens and move on@!

Making sure that customer and all customers are supported and safely moved through their roadside event is our obsession which is why we provide a month of training and a network of resources to support our associates.

      Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

      Cons

      Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
