Pros
They raised their starting pay which in turn raised the pay for all departments. You get to work from home through the pandemic and possibly afterwards. You can earn bonuses. They offer VTO (voluntary time off) if they are having slow days and have too many people on the phones. (Not all departments get VTO often though) When on site before the pandemic sent all of the workers to work from home, they would offer food a lot and do gems where you could win prizes.
Cons
The pandemic really hurt the company and where they used to really make the employees feel appreciated and valued, they no longer put the effort into it so overall moral of the company is very low right now and they are losing a lot of employees. A lot of changes are being made because of this, yet not a lot is getting communicated back down to the employees on the phones. They raised the pay of every department, which was very much appreciated by all employees. However, because of the big raise, anyone who had their annual raise come up right afterwards were turned down because the company said they “already gave everyone a raise.” So people before that received their annual raise, but people after wards didn’t. They also gave everyone the same amount so if you were working there for several years and hade been through several annual raises, you ended up right back at the same pay rate as someone who just started. Ever since about June of 2020, there has been mandatory over time for 4 hours per week just about every month since. There have only been a few weeks where it was not required (this has probably been the biggest issue with the employees). Also, the training is very minimal right now because they need people on the phones so bad that they are doing the bare minimum training then shoving them out onto the phones before they are ready.
