Pros

- You can be trained in different departments (this helps a little by making the job less boring) - Plenty of overtime = save those coins girl/boy - When hired you are able choose your own schedule - My trainer was a great trainer who knew what she was doing - Incentives (sometimes there is OT and you can get paid an additional $10 or $20 through credit card) - There are benefits for part time and full time agents including PTO, dental, health, and vision - Easy money to make

Cons

- There are shift bids ( I haven’t reached this yet but I have heard you’re able to get the schedule you want only if you have a good score card) - Mandatory overtime (This job will force agents to work 4 hours of over time for each each week for the whole month) - Strict attendance policy (You get a point for missing work, being late) -Can’t request time off. You can only swap shifts (which barely works) or wait for VTO (voluntary time off) VTO is offered when it is slow (rare) or you can wait until you have enough hours for PTO. - Low pay (starting pay is $13 hour) - High percentage of irate and entitled customers( there will be many customers that will put their frustration out on you because they’re have a bad day) you have to have thick skin and to not take it personally if you’re going to work here - So far I have had two supervisors and I’ve been working here for about three months. They’re not that helpful and do not respond to emails

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
