very involved onboarding process made it easier to meet the team while starting remotely
a lot of commitment to company culture and overall wellbeing
supportive and friendly people
strong commitment to client success and customer experience
Cons
the nature of the industry leads to seasonal spikes that add stress to certain departments, but the company really makes the effort to improve that experience and ensure people do not get burnt out

Thrilled to hear your feedback about the onboarding process and couldnt agree more as to your assessment of seasonality - sounds like you have the perfect perspective as you start your Agero career - welcome!
Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.
Cons
Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
